Starter sharing platters 

Italian Inspired - a selection of cooked & cured meats, cheeses, olives, tomatoes dressed with olive oil & balsamic, roasted peppers. Garlic bread. 

Morroccan Inspired - a selection of hummous, olives, briouats (filo pastry parcels) with feta & spinach, spicy chicken or cheese & olive, felafels with a creamy garlic dressing, harissa chicken skewers. Homemade pitta bread.

 
Main Courses

Lamb, apricot & date tagine served with mint & pomegranate seed cous-cous, dressed salad leaves & bread.

Vegetarian tagine served as above. 

My lasagne served with dressed salad leaves and Italian breads.

Spinach & ricotta cannelloni served as above.
