The small print
All my menus are inclusive of white bone china crockery, cutlery, glasses, napkins and table coverings.
Replacement costs will be charged for any breakages caused by the client.
VAT is not chargeable.
Serving staff, are available at an additional cost.
I will endeavour to cater for any food allergies, but I do not have a nut-free kitchen as I store and use nuts as ingredients.
Vegetarian alternatives are always available and I can produce a complete vegetarian or vegan buffet if required. I am passionate about producing imaginative and interesting veggie food.
I don't have a licence to sell alcohol, but I am happy to include alcohol within your meal package.If you wish to supply your own wines please ask about corkage charges .
My food philosphy is based on using fresh British ingredients, where possible, from local suppliers. I use Fairtrade tea, coffee. Fairtrade sugar & free range eggs are used in my baking. Chilled tap water is always available free, as an alternative to bottled water.
