The small print
All my menus are inclusive of white bone china crockery, cutlery, glasses, napkins and table coverings.
Replacement costs will be charged for any breakages caused by the client.
VAT is not chargeable.
Serving staff, are available at an additional cost.
I will endeavour to cater for any food allergies, but I do not have a nut-free kitchen as I store and use nuts as ingredients.
Vegetarian alternatives are always available and I can produce a complete vegetarian or vegan buffet if required. I am passionate about producing imaginative and interesting veggie food.
I don't have a licence to sell alcohol, but I am happy to include alcohol within your meal package.If you wish to supply your own wines please ask about our very reasonable corkage charges .
My food philosphy is based on using fresh British ingredients, sourced where possible, from local suppliers. I use Fairtrade tea, coffee and sugar. Free range eggs are always used in my baking. Chilled tap water is available free, as an alternative to bottled water.
I truly pride myself on using as little one-use plastic as possible, my platters and transport boxes are washed up - simple as that! I very rarely use any disposable plates/cups that are not compostable. Great for the planet and my outgoings!
